Staying Active

Safe, tailored exercise programs for a range of health conditions

If you’re living with pain, recovering from injury or noticing changes in your strength or balance, the right exercises can make a real difference.

How we help

We don’t use one-size-fits-all exercise programs

Instead, we:

  • Assess your current movement and ability

  • Understand your symptoms and goals

  • Design a safe, personalised exercise plan for you

  • Supervise and adjust your program as you progress

This support can be through:

  • Individual sessions, or

  • Small group sessions (max 8 people) where everyone follows their own program

Common conditions we work with

Chronic Health Conditions

Exercise can support long-term health conditions such as:

  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Heart conditions
  • Osteoporosis

We work alongside your GP or specialist where needed to ensure safe, appropriate exercise.

Arthritis

Exercise can play an important role in managing arthritis.

We support people with:

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis

Programs are designed to reduce stiffness, improve mobility and support joint health.

Balance and falls prevention

If you feel unsteady on your feet or have had a fall, targeted exercise can help.

We work on:

  • Balance and coordination
  • Leg strength
  • Reaction time
  • Confidence in walking and movement

Musculoskeletal pain

We help people manage and improve:

  • Back pain
  • Hip and knee pain
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • General joint pain

Our focus is on improving strength, movement, and confidence so you can stay active.

Rehabilitation after injury or surgery

We support recovery after:

  • Knee or hip replacement
  • Spinal surgery
  • Shoulder injuries
  • Long periods of inactivity

Your program is designed to help you rebuild strength safely and progressively.

General strength and mobility

You don’t need a specific condition or injury to benefit.

Many people come to us to:

  • Improve strength
  • Maintain mobility
  • Stay independent
  • Feel more confident in everyday movement
