Our invoices are automatically generated by our software program.

Your payment is for the upcoming period (usually 2 weeks) commencing on the invoice due date. On the example invoice below this text the payment period would be from 8th April 2024 – 21st April 2024 as it is a fortnightly direct debit membership.

As you are paying in advance, and the health funds require dates of attendance to pay a rebate, our system will automatically list your attendance between your last membership payment date and the current membership payment date. This means the attendances listed on the invoice will be your previous attendances. On the example invoice you can see that the attendances are between 25th March 2024- 8th April 2024.

If you have had any time off, you may have a gap between attendance dates if you have credit that has been applied to your account. This may also affect the number of attendances that appear on your receipt.

  1. Open the receipt from your email inbox. If you cannot locate it, please check your junk and spam folders to ensure that your email provider has not diverted the email there instead.

  2. Go to the menu options required to print a copy of the receipt (usually “File” and “Print”)

  3. Navigate to additional printing settings and change the pages per sheet from 1 to 2

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A LINK IN THE EMAIL THAT YOU CAN CLICK ON TO OPEN YOUR INVOICE IN A SEPARATE SCREEN TO THE EMAIL BODY.

You can cancel exercise sessions through the member app any time before the session start time.

However, if you cancel your session in the 2 hours before your class starts, this will forfeit one of your sessions for the week.

If your late cancellation is due to an unavoidable circumstance, please contact the centre directly as we may choose not to deduct a session.

All of our health talks have attendance limits so bookings are necessary. Bookings are made the same way that you book in to group exercise sessions, through the member app. These sessions do not take away from your weekly attendance limits.

If the health talk is booked out, you can register your place on the waiting list. If a place becomes available, you will be notified and added to the list of attendees.

We record our health talks for all member to watch online if they were not able to attend or want to re-cap the information from the talk. Speak to a staff member in centre to get the password for the page with the health talk recordings.

We recommend having a reassessment:

  • Minimum every 3-4 months
  • If you have a change in your health or a new injury or condition
  • If you find your program is getting too easy or is not suitable

If you have a star on your program card, it’s our gentle way of letting you know it’s time for a change.

All time off needs to be in writing to minimise mistakes.

Our website has a leave request form to complete for planned absences.

If you need to take time off for medical reasons, we ask that you contact the centre directly to inform them.

If you have a significant change in your medical health such as recent surgery, you may need to get medical clearance from your GP or surgeon/ specialist before returning to exercise at the centre.

To keep things fair for all members, we ask that you attend the session you’ve booked.

Even if a spot opens in an earlier session, we’re unable to move you into that class if you arrive at the centre earlier as another member misses out on their opportunity to take your session.

We appreciate your support in respecting this guideline.
